I really feel this is a safe place to live here at Midlands Village. I like my home here and I like all my neighbors they are friendly. We seem to get along good. We do have a nice park to live in. Your girls that work here in the office are very friendly and nice.

If you are looking for a home site and like wild times, parties, etc. don’t come to Midlands Village. At Midlands Village you will find people who take pride in their home and property. Midlands is a safe, clean and regulated property. I am a 8 year resident of Midlands. I am happy. Come and see, and I will welcome you aboard.

I love living here at Midlands Village, lived here for 10 yrs. It is beautiful, have great neighbors, like a family! Love the staff – when you walk into the office, you are met with a smile! They work hard to keep our community beautiful. I certainly appreciate that. The rules are strict but that is why it is such a pleasure living here. Just drive through and see for yourself.

We really like it here in Midlands Village. It’s very quiet and affordable. The location is wonderful. We are away from the city area, and yet shopping and businesses are quick and easy to get too. The club house and park are very nice to use when you have gatherings or extra visitors. It’s a very enjoyable and convenient place to live.

We moved to Grand Junction in 2014 hoping to find a nice place to retire. Although Midlands Village is not exclusively a retirement park, what we found here exceeds our expectations. We enjoy affordable living in a safe and beautifully maintained park with a helpful and friendly management team and wonderful neighbors. Our dog is welcome too!
